Managing your Account

There are two ways to access your Account Settings. You can either select on the Options menu and click Account Settings or from the Available Tracks page, click on the Account Settings link located near the top right of the page.

Contact Info

From the Account Setting page, you will be able to update your contact info. After updating, click the Submit Change button for the change to be saved.

Username

You can update your Username at anytime page. Please note that any changes made to the Username will take effect upon your next login.

Player Settings

From here you can update your defaults for both the Default Homepage or the Download Format setting.

The Default Homepage setting allows you to select the number of new releases within a certain timeframe that will display on the main Available Tracks homepage; In The Past Four Weeks, In The Past Two Weeks or In The Past Week. After updating, click the Submit Change button for the change to be saved.

The Download Format setting allows you to update the default audio format you wish to download with every release. There are two audio formats to choose from, either Standard or High Definition. The system is set as a default to Standard but you can make this change at anytime to meet your broadcast needs. Full definitions of each format are listed on the Account Settings page. After updating, click the Submit Change button for the change to be saved.

Email Addresses

It is very important to list all of your email addresses in the Play MPE System so that you are able to view all of the tracks in your Available Tracks page. Different labels may have different email addresses for you and if these addresses are not listed and verified, you may have more than one account listed in the system and not be able to view all of your releases in one account.

Once an email address is listed, you will be sent a verification email to confirm that you would like to add that email address to your Play MPE account. Once confirmed you will see the word “Verified” next to that email address in your Account Settings page.

Manage Your Email Notifications

From this section you can either choose the destination email address for your notifications or set how often you would like to receive email notifications for new releases. By clicking on the Choose The Destination link, you can then select the email address as to where you would like the email notifications to go. By clicking on the Set How Often link, you can decide if you would like to receive every email notification for releases, a weekly digest email of all releases or none at all. After updating, click the Submit button for changes to be saved.

Receive Play MPE Info

Play MPE provides our users with a choice of information they would like to receive from us. In this section, four choices to choose from - None, Newsletter, Update Info and All. Please make your selection and Submit your change.
