Account Access

There are two ways to access your Account Settings. Click on the Account Settings button located at the top right of the page. Or, you can select the Options menu and choose Account Settings.

Update Contact Info

From the Account Settings page, you can update your contact info. After updating, click the Submit Change button to save the changes.

Update Username

You may update your Username at anytime on the Accounts Setting page. By default your username is the email address for your account. You make choose a different username but you cannot use another email address as your username (unless it's the original email address for your account.) Please note that any changes made to the username will take effect upon your next login.

Player Settings

From the Account Settings page, you can update defaults for the Default Homepage and/or the Download Format settings.

The Default Homepage setting allows you to select the number of new releases within a certain timeframe that will display on the Available Tracks homepage. The options are: In The Past Week, In The Past Two Weeks or In The Past Four Weeks. After updating, click the Submit Change button to save the changes.

The Download Format setting allows you to update the default audio format you wish to download. There are two audio formats to choose from, either Standard or High Definition. The system is set as a default to Standard but you can make this change at anytime to meet your broadcast needs. Full definitions of each format are listed on the Account Settings page. After updating, click the Submit Change button to save the changes.

Email Addresses

It is very important to list all of your email addresses in the Play MPE System so that you are able to view and have access to all available tracks. Different labels may have different email addresses for you and if these addresses are not listed and verified, you may have more than one account listed in the system and not be able to view all of your releases.

Once an email address is listed, you will be sent a verification email to confirm that you would like to add that email address to your Play MPE account. Once confirmed you will see the word “Verified” next to that email address in your Account Settings page.

Managing Email Notifications

You can choose the destination email address for your notifications and set how often you would like to receive email notifications for new releases. Under Email Addresses, you can select the email address as to where you would like the email notifications to go.

By choosing the Receive New Release Email Notifications drop down menu, you can decide if you would like to receive every email notification for releases, a weekly digest email of all releases or none at all. After updating, click the Submit Change button to save the changes.

Unsubscribe from Play MPE

Accounts on the Play MPE system are typically created by record labels from their recipients lists. If you have an account, then a content owner has added your email with the intention of sending you promotional music at no cost to you. If you would like to remove your email from our system please use our unsubscribe form here.

Receiving Play MPE Info

Play MPE provides our users with a choice of information they would like to receive. In this section there are four choices to choose from - None, Newsletter, Update Info and All. Please make your selection and click the Submit Change button to save the changes.
